  I reserved a car for 1-day at this location to go to Niagara-on-the-lake. However, I reached late (around 11.45 or 12 PM), and my car was booked from morning (8.30 or 9 AM to 6 PM). When I reached there, I did all formalities (giving DL/Credit Card), signed the contracts etc., and then suddenly, I was told they dont have car, and this is because I came late. I argued that they should have at least call me before giving the car to anyone. Finally, I got the car at 3 PM (after others return it), and returned on 6 PM. I had never such experience with any car rental company. Only good part is they gave us rides to go to some nearby places during our wait.

  Excellent service and great staff. My car broke down and I needed transportation for the next day. Jessica Smith had everything ready for me when I arrived to pick up the car. I was in and out on the road in no time. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I had received. Next time I need a rental I'm coming here.

  Fantastic service. Great car selection. Always clean. Additionally, they know where to find the best pizza and wings. Don't be afraid to ask the knowledgable agents!

  Everything I would have expected with a touch more. Great first experience at this location! Staff made me a quick tentative reservation with no obligation the day before as I popped in to inquire. But I did end up rebooking with points online and was super easy to cancel. I got a nice courtesy call the morning of just to double check my vehicle preference so it was ready for arrival I assume. I was always greeted as I walked in and before the door closed. Comp upgrade at the counter to next class up! Clean car...this is expected right, but it doesn't always happen trust me when places are busy. Car was only 1/4 full gas but staff accommodated and marked at empty for the inconvenience. I brought back about 3/8 full but Jeff the branch manager gave me a credit for my next rental! Overall I'd give it a 6 out of 5 if I could. I'll be returning soon for sure and do recommend to others. App is super convenient. Collect their points for free rentals!

  Staff are honest and hardworking. They genuinely make it feel like you are getting the best of the best, and what you're getting what you pay for. The staff were super honest and told me to not get a certain package because they felt it was a waste of money for what I'm using the rental for. Instead of trying to suck a quick buck out of me. Would highly recommend.
