  After check in we went to our room, the front desk said that they didn’t have rooms facing the falls but it did. They didn’t respond when my wife informed them the room actually did face the falls.

  This is a very nice place. We came here several nights while on our honeymoon. We stayed at the Embassy Suites and it was an easy walk to the Casino. They have a large amount of things to do on site. There is plenty of parking on site if you choose to drive.

  We enjoyed our stay very much at the hotel. Our room is falls view so we could see the color changing falls all night long and the fireworks too. We were too tired to get our of the room for dinner after a full day of shopping so we ordered room service instead. The food was awesome and came in very large portion! We ordered a Greek salad, a clam chowder, a calamari and a seafood fettuccine. They used a super large bowl for the clam chowder that could feed a football team. The calamari was a lot too. The seafood fettuccine was like fresh from the ocean and in perfect taste. I really did not expect such a good quality of food from room service.

  Niagara Falls is CHEAP in the off season, a lot of rooms give you casino credit.

  The casino sends me mail every month with new events and offers, which is great. One of the offers says, you've earned free parking for February! This is great unless you don't gamble every day that you park there. So, for example, I let them know that I like to eat at Canyon Creek. That's fine, but I need to pay for parking if I'm not gambling. I also stop in at the wine store at the casino, guess what, no free parking, you need to gamble. Sometimes I like to go to Shoeless Joe's to watch a game...no free parking. It should say, you've earned free parking if you gamble every visit. There is more to do at Fallsview than just gamble, but I guess they don't want to support the businesses that pay rent to them. This is probably my worst review on Google, but when you send false advertising to my door and you want local people to go to your establishment, then you should be honest with your advertising.

  Had a nice night there with the little lady, our hotel suite included vouchers for $25 in Casino play. We ended up cashing out $100 ahead. Great promotion, however we're just not Casino people. Great for entertainment, but at 3am it was just filled with call girls and addicts. Not my first choice of places to hang out.

  Great Rooms to be had like our Deluxe King suite at the Fallsview Best Western, nice balcony too in the day and era of plain boring hotel rooms nobody uses for anything but sleeping.

  I was not impressed with the non welcoming front desk check in staff. The 2 women that were working didn’t greet us with welcoming words or a smile. They were quick to say no to any questions we had about upgrading.

  When we went to the casino, we had terrible service from the women with bar carts. I asked for drink and then someone else for water and both said they would be back, no show. I was playing at the roulette table for over 3 hours and no service. Cheap service and terrible experience!

  We did appreciate the credit, we did have fun clicking away someone else's money. As for our own money, it's not going to happen.
