  nice clean hotel place, seems newly renovated. Staff was accommodating for our special need. No free breakfast like most Comfort Inns.

  Rooms are clean but VERY dated. Duvet is old and mine was very stained. Slept with it off as it was clear it had not been cleaned for a while. Rooms were large. It desperately needs updating and maintenance. Front desk had one really friendly and helpful lady, the other was ruder. Parking is cheap and it is plenty. I think I would rather pay a bit more next time for a nicer hotel, but if you are looking for a cheaper location to stay this is a great place!

  This is probably the best Comfort Inn I stayed at. I stayed there with my daughter boyfriend and kids Dec,16 the. The pool and hot tub was super clean so was room. Staff was very pleasant

  This is the WORST hotel ever. I advise you 100% not to stay here. Trust me you will do yourself a favour. Upon entering the hotel after a 6 hour drive(12:00 at night) we go in to check in. Just to find out that you need to be 21 yrs of age..I am 20 and will be 21 in three months. I even asked the front desk workers to show me where on my mobile device it shows me and THEY COULDN'T EVEN FIND IT! They said it only shows on a desktop browser. You think nowadays it would should on a mobile device, as we use them daily to book hotels, flights etc. The workers(david and another girl) were not willing to help! Their exact words were " its not my problem" They wouldn't even give us back our deposit so we could go to another hotel. We called corporate the next day and they were appalled and embarrassed by their actions! They gave us a full refund and said they will not take this lightly! You work in a customer service/hospitality industry and the behaviour I was shown was HORRIBLE! Something needs to be done as reading the other reviews prove that you guys need some serious work on customer service! I will continue to spread the word so no one stays here and has to deal with what we did!!
