  One thing worth mentioning, the hotel really needs to do something about their parking! They charge $26 to park in an uncovered, unsecured parking lot which isn't even adjacent to the hotel (it's across the street), meanwhile there is $10 parking underground at the casino next door, or even the restaurant next door for $5. It's a total rip off, but when people come here, they don't know that and they pay the $26 for mediocre parking.

  The hotel isn't the newest and that's kind of evident but it's still nice and is a good value. The higher floors facing the falls offer nice views as well. The Fallsview Casino is accessible via a walkway that's all indoors.

  Amazing hotel. Front desk was awesome! I asked about the price to upgrade to a Jacuzzi room and they did it complimentary. Very clean room. Connected to casino, restaurants and shopping without going outside in the cold. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Hotel was nice and plenty to do. We got upgraded for free to a king with jacuzzi which was nice. Overall i enjoyed my stay. Only thing is food in the area surrounding the hotel and at the hotel are crazy expensive so come prepared.

  This is NOT a Full service Hotel (whatever that means) no fridge.. no microwaves... no breakfast....rooms are partial... the BEST THING about this hotel is the Siamese Connection to the Falls, so I highly recommend for winter visits... keep your expectations low and it's the perfect stay...

  We enjoyed the Four Points, although our usual hotel chain is the Marriott. They merged points systems, so we got a free room upgrade to the whirlpool room. Comp waters and toilette kits. They were good with my special request, and removed all feathers from the room. Parking on site was 25$, but free parking across the street if you buy 20$ in food at the bar (we got 2lbs of wings for 20$ and they were decent) or 10$ without purchase. It's also easy to park at the casino parking if you don't mind a 5 min walk. I loved the location of the hotel, because of the indoor access to the casino, casino parking, Starbucks, niagara fun zone and many restaurants which would be amazing for families with kids or elderly. Ask at concierge for a 10$ coupon which gets you all 7 attractions for 10$ with tax per person (×2 laser tag, ×2 haunted houses, fun house, mini putt, and mirror maze). They are open until 1am :)
