  My husband and I stayed in the king room with Jacuzzi and definitely were surprised at the size of the room the beautiful decor and modern look. We were taken back by the Jacuzzi as well.

  I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Rooms are clean and all staff are amazing. Ate at Coco's for breakfast and dinner and was not disappointed. Restaurant staff were friendly and portions were plentiful. Definitely will keep coming back here.

  i walked in and was immediately impressed. LOVED the room. Nice floors nice bedding. Pool and Gym are a bonus if you want to do that. the walls however were WAY too thin. I could hear someone being sick for 30 mins straight. not cool at 6am. walking distance from quite a few places. Would return if the price is right

  We are repeat guests at this hotel. The last time we came, it was before the renovation. We Are Family 5 and we needed to get one room with a king bed and a second room two double beds. This time, we got one of the family suites with two double two queen beds and one queen size sofa bed. The check in, and service upon request by telephone we're prompt and great. The needed Renovations updated hotel and gave it a more modern look. Our family sweet unfortunately was right opposite the elevator, and that's where all the family suites are located. I'm a light sleeper, so that isn't ideal location. However, surprisingly, despite it being family Day weekend, the noise level were quite low, except for some noise from adjoining Neighbors. $0.30 perks when you say this hotel, this included a free ride to the top of the skylon tower and also kids can eat free provided adults order entries at the hotel restaurant. Ice locations fantastic dislocated basically right across the street from Fallsview Casino.

  Was alright, staff was friendly and helpful, but a lot of work needed to be done to rooms. We moved rooms because the guests beside us had 6+ people in the room and we couldn't sleep because they were yelling. When asked to move rooms and they accomodated us no questions asked but the room we moved to had problems as well. Toilet wasn't mounted to the floor, patio door wouldn't open very well, fridge did not work.
