  Don’t stay here. Spent $400 CAD on a room on level 20. Blood stains on the sheets. Valet mixed up my car and missed my dinner reservation. Phone in the room didn’t work. The shower is so small you cant move inside it. Rooms feel cheap and worn out for what you pay for. You can hear people yelling from other rooms in the bathroom vents. Avoid at all costs...if you want to save yourself the headaches and hassle. Sent feedback about the experience and they didn’t do anything about it. Consider yourself warned.

  Its very basic for such a renowned hotel by the falls. The luxury of the rooms are 4/10. The staff however are very friendly and helpful. It us great that so many of the buildings are attached so there is no need to step outside in the cold winter. The view is pretty great. If they upgrade the rooms, it would be an even better stay.

  I came to the Sheraton on the Falls with my family and we had an amazing stay. We were skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews we read online but it turned out to be a really nice stay. The first night the linens were dirty and the lamp wasn’t working but the concierge desk was generous enough to send some right away. Reservations at the James Kennedy windows restaurant was amazing we got the seats we wanted near the Falls. The waitress was helpful and really nice. Overall the stay was enjoyable

  Awesome experience. My family and I have usually been staying at the skyline inn whenever go to Niagara falls but this time we decided to try the Sheraton mainly because as a photographer, I wanted to be able get pictures of the falls without having to step outside since it was really cold and freezing this time. The place was amazing, the staff were nice and very helpful. Almost all the attractions we needed were all indoors and connected to the hotel. This is my new favourite hotel at the falls.

  Beautiful view when we open our window, with roaring sounds of the Niagara Falls. Glance out of the window and view the majestic Niagara Falls right in almost full view to the left, with the cloud like mist above the falls ever so memorable, especially when the falls changes colors at night! Well worth the price to stay here. Walk across the hall and the casino is right there. The US to Canadian exchange must have made our stay less expensive than comparable US hotels. Our kids love it. Would definitely stay again!
