  My daughter bought a gift groupon deal to get balayge hair do from Nicky's hair studio. This was my first time there was very excited as my birthday was coming soon. Can you imagine it was the longest time torture my hair had to go through they kept correcting it and still at the end of 4 hrs there it was not a satisfactory balayge. Bad experience. My hair looked worst and more rough. I would not suggest anyone to opt for Nicky's hair studio.

  I came from Toronto, got most satisfied haricut there. Live at St Cathriene for school, decide to go to Nicky's hair Salon and Spa to give it a try. Very bad experience I had ever had in my life. Please everyone stop going to this place. They are unprofessional, and treat customers rude. Here I will use my today's epereince to prove why. Originally I made appointment for 12 am with the haircut lady Gillian. I called in at 11 am to the salon to communicate that I will come in late ealiest 1 pm, salon person said:"okay" on the other side of the phone, which I think she undersands that I will walk in 1pm get haircut with Gillian. If I 1 pm appintment does work for Gillian, she should told me on the phone to discuss another appointment, instead saying okay on the phone. However, arrived there, Nicky salon had me waited for over half an hour. How they treat their customer in the way that Gillian finished hairing a girl, had my hair washed and take another girl continue to work on the girl's hair. Water keeps drifting from my hair to the floor. Their service is very rude, using word unprofessional is just appropriately here to fit their sipirit of the way they treat customers. I am very unsatisfied with my hair cut. The lady DOES NOT understand how I wanna my hair to be cut, competely different how I want my hair to be done. I didn't show my attitude and anger because what had happended just happedn. I left the payment on counter while the hair styliest lady not being there to appreciate my business to the salon. I had never ever seen any attitude and behaviour in Toronto never before. When I left, I heard the lady said to someone:" well, the student is quiet rude." When she asked me to come over sit on her serving chair for cutting my hair, she used her finger gesture instead come near me to invite me come over. As a hair stylist who is serving a customer, a grow up person, very in-respect, again very very rude that made me feel uncomfortable to get haircut at Nicky's hair salon and spa. I feel very bad, and their serving spirit and cutting method make me feel negative, upset and bad feelings. Share my real experience with everyone

  The best pedicure I have ever had and a great first manicure. I now have great looking nails and toes. Love it. Thanks to the spa my eye brows are now recovering from years of over plucking.
