  Two beds were facing each other (I had never seen this ever), TV placed in between. There is know was TV can be seen from both the beds. My friends (who took another room in the hotel) experienced rude front desk staff. We were there with our families for water park. My stay with Sharon last year was way better.

  Great American side falls view from the 12th floor room we had. The hotel is a old property but well kept. Bathroom, Room Air conditioning, beds, pillows all met our expectations. Staff is very courteous. Parking was an additional $30. This hotel has the largest indoor water park 3 acres , it was a sight to see. All in all convenient, affordable location. Highly recommended

  Hotel was O.K - definitely interesting with all the history but very outdated, don't expect much - photos online look better than in person. Staff accidentally sent us to the wrong room upon arrival, (we booked king falls view room and they sent us to 2 bed no view room) but they were able to transfer us. Lower floors and lobby smelt very musty and king room had a very strong smell of carpet deodorizer/there was a used wash cloth outside when we arrived. Close to many restaurants/casino/water park and decent view of the falls from our new room. The lamp was somewhat broken, bad tile in bathroom, small TV, not all rooms have fridges, parking $30 a night, some items in room were very dusty but sheets seemed clean. The room's overall are quite small, especially the bathrooms and the bed seems more like a queen than a king but it does the job. Walls are extremely thin and you can hear neighbours talking word-for-word, street noise and pipes - not terrible but definitely had better. Was O.K for a few days but wouldn't return.

  Nice hotel. Waterpark is great. Queen beds are definitely smaller than Queen and more like doubles (be aware!). Buffet kids eat free but adults are super expensive. Nice and close to everything. No need to drive anywhere.

  This is the worst crowne plaza property I have ever seen. Nothing worth staying here apart from the good location. Fall view rooms hardly have any fall's view. Non fall's view rooms are facing multi level parking lot which is just next to windows. The reason is hotel was made over the parking lot. Rooms facing Parking lot have bad design layouts. Bathrooms are tiniest ever you can find in a hotel. Bathroom sink was huge for that tiny bathroom covering 25% of the space.

  We stayed with a water park package. The lobby is beautiful but don't let it mislead you. The rest of the hotels feel pretty old. Our room was comfortable but a little cramped. Overall it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. They even knocked $55 off our bill because part of the water park was closed for maintenance.
