  I freely admit that the facility itself is not the best. My own room was reasonably clean and fresh, and the bed and linens were fine. The bathroom was clean as well. I was on the ground floor and had an exterior door that looked like someone had attempted to push in from the outside, but the locks were fine. The reason it gets a four and not a 2 was that the front office person was really good, and helped me find the bag of souvenirs I had left behind after nearly an hour. So Kudos to the staff on the morning of Sept 23!

  For the price, this is a great deal. I checked thoroughly for bugs after seeing reviews online and found nothing, which was a good start. The hallway smells perpetually like cleaners, but that to me just means that it is clean. The building could be renovated, as its very old and some doors and locks do not work. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast, though a small selection of cereal, toast, and oatmeal, was actually pretty good. This place is overall a really great deal and is minutes from food, shopping, and most importantly, The Falls.

  So... It was okay. Rooms were clean, no bedbugs. Everything was a bit old and run down, but at least clean. By breakfast, they mean cereal, muffins and toast. Thats it for eatables. The inner lock on my room door was missing, and we had a box TV, not a flat screen in our room, also, the free WiFi was almost non existent. Couldn't do anything on it. Staff was nice, though. All in all, okay. I don't particularly recommend it, but it is a cheap place to stay.

  Staff was awesome. Hotel was clean and great price. The finishings are old and kinda run down but can't beat it. 2 blocks from the falls for half price of usual hotels. I'll be back

  Do NOT FALL FOR THE CHEAP PRICE. ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON. Room had cockroaches in them. We didnt stay. The room was small and the bathroom tiny. The staff was understand and polite about the whole thing. We got a refund and ran. There are many hotels that are near by for about the same price. The hotel needs a new face lift and an exterminator.
