  Very nice place to vacation and relax. Hotel have many perks. Starbucks coffee shop. TGIF restaurant. Rain forest cafe. Arcade. Spa. Pools and hot tubs. Absolutely love the place. Great for romantic getaways!!!

  HORRIBLE hotel..toilet did not work,water presser was so low we could hardly shower.. Then in the middle of the night security banged on the door demanding to get in.. He was yelling and demanding that we open the door. We had all women and a senior in the room.. He yelled that he will drag us out of the room if we don't spot talking loud. We are all grown women over 40 and had a 74 year old lady with us( how loud come we be?)We were terrified and could not sleep all night. We are from Canada and have never experienced this kind of harassment. The front desk said that security was doing their rounds.. I will NEVER go to this hotel ever again and this will be reported to the president.. This was UNEXCEPTABLE.

  I am from Canada and love this place. It is by far my absolute favorite place stay and play when visiting Buffalo, NY. Kalina, Jon-Rick Bowie and the rest of the front desk and cleaning staff are the very definition of service. My friends and I have been staying here for years (of and on) and not once have we ever thought of going anywhere else during our road trips and adventures to Buffalo, NY. I truly want to compliment the hard working staff for the smiles, courtesy, hospitality and service. Bottom line, second to none! Thank you again guys and gals of the Sheraton, Niagara Falls, NY. Will see you again sometime soon.

  I was so pleased with the service to the rooms to the activities I felt compelled to go out of my way to write a review. The moment my wife and I stepped through the doors at this Sheraton we felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us. As first time visitors to this hotel we were blown away at the service, the beauty and size of the rooms. Everyone is friendly, and there are many activities to keep us entertained. The concierge definitely hooked us up for our anniversary weekend, she was very pleasant (can't remember her name, but if management is looking to give someone a thumbs up, it was the youngest African American woman working 12/9 around 3 PM) and she made us feel like VIP. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will definitely return!

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay! On arrival we were quite surprised to find out that we were the guests of the day. We were upgraded to an amazing suite and received vouchers for dining and the spa. A bottle of champagne and strawberries turned our stay into a romantic occasion. The new pool area is spectacular and a great break from the cold weather. The new lounge is also a great spot to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return visit ! Thanks so much for a great staycation.
