The hotel was in a perfect location. Its connected to the incline railway which gets you to the falls without walking down steps or a steep roadway. Its also a quick walk to some of the action all tourist must see.

I love this hotel. Breathtaking view of the fall. Excellent guest services. The rooms are clean and cozy. I'm definitely stayongbhere again. The self/valet parking could be a little better. Other than that nothing negative to say.

    - Parking lots no on premise. So if you need to access you car, you have to park it yourself two blocks away or valet park it (for the same price) and allow 15 minutes to be brought in (40 minutes when everyone else checks out).

If you must spend some time here, be aware and don't have high expectations.

My husband and I stay every December and love this hotel! Our room is always wonderful and the view is simply outstanding. The only downside is that we greatly miss the hotel's Terrapin Grille. We were not impressed with the replacement Morton's Grille. Although our waitress was amazing, we did not dine there the second evening of our stay and won't be returning there again next December. We definitely recommend the hotel though!

    - The SPA clerk who takes appointments is incompetent. At least it was for us. Short story, we had to skip the SPA for which we were really looking forward.

    - The hotel is not very clean. Old carpeting and not much attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.

Tried to have a pleasant weekend by the falls, but it did not work out.

Stayed here with my family for New Years Eve of 2017 until the 4th of January 2018. I'd say this hotel has the best views of the falls of any hotel on the Canada side. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and pillows provided which always seems to be an issue with some hotels. The hotel had a FANTASTIC breakfast which we loved. Where else can you enjoy a breakfast overlooking one of the great wonders of the world. Get there early as it gets crowded pretty quick. The hotel also has other restaurants inside of it.

Was okay had lots of problems with our room (phone didn't work, asked for no down due to severe allergy and they still gave us it). Breakfast was a disaster they didn't know if they had gluten free, and said to "eat around it" despite my girlfriend having Celiac disease. Thankfully Kathy the manager in the restaurant was a life saver along with the nice waitress and helped us out so much! They gave us a Fallsview upgrade the next day and moved our bags. We got back to our room and only had two flat...and I mean FLAT pillows. Called the front desk and he goes "I dunno I'll check", and calls immediately back after hanging up (less than 3 seconds) and says yeah we're out of featherless pillows, must be a lot of others with allergies, and you just called too late sorry for the inconvenience. Went downstairs and they magically found some, the guy that brought em up was dragging em on the floor and when he saw me coming back up he tossed em on the ground and walked away. Not really sure what the attitude behind that was for. Talked to the front desk as we checked out and they were apologetic. Wasn't too horrible of a stay, but highly doubt we'll stay again.
